REFUND POLICY: No returns are accepted for custom sandals.
EXCHANGE POLICY: No exchanges are accepted for custom sandals.
WARRANTY: We stand behind our products and do everything we can to prevent defects. However, if your sandals break down within the first year, due to any manufacturing defect or other error on our part, they may be returned for repair/replacement free of charge. In order to claim warranty, customers must contact customer service immediately and obtain a return form/return authorization number.
Our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, neglect, or alteration
• Problems with sizing. Customers are responsible to assure fit before wearing sandals outside
• Problems that were not immediately reported to customer service
We reserve the right to review each case individually and void warranty at our own discretion. As the situation warrants, we may provide shipping arrangements for defective sandals.
