By placing an order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. Running, walking and other outdoor activities hold inherent dangers. We do not take any responsibility for any injuries attained during any activity while wearing our footwear. Minimal footwear is designed to allow the feet to function as closely to barefoot as possible. Time and patience is required to build the muscles, tendons and skin before full activities can be performed. Injury may result from neglecting to condition the feet. Anyone using minimal footwear must be cautious to avoid injury. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay a customs fee as required by each individual government. We have no control over customs and we do not take any responsibility for customs fees or regulations. 

RETURN POLICY: Sandals purchased with standard options can be returned for refund or replacement only if they are in new condition and returned within 30 days of product delivery. Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted. No returns are accepted for custom sandals. Customers are responsible for all return postage. To process a return, please contact us to obtain a return form and authorization number. 

WARRANTY: We stand behind our products and do everything we can to prevent defects. However, if your sandals break down within the first year, due to any manufacturing defect or other error on our part, they may be returned for repair/replacement free of charge. In order to claim warranty, customers must contact customer service immediately and obtain return form/return authorization number.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, neglect, or alteration

• Problems with sizing. Customers are responsible to assure fit before wearing sandals outside

• Problems that were not immediately reported to customer service

We reserve the right to review each case individually and void warranty at our own discretion. As the situation warrants, we may provide shipping arrangements for defective sandals.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any education necessary to properly use minimal sandals.
