Sizing Information
Sizing is based on customer tracings.
Stand flat on a clean sheet of paper. Hold a pencil or pen perpendicular with the tip slightly closer to the foot and trace your feet all the way around. Also please place some kind of measurement for scale. (See our video tutorial)
Please do one of the following to send tracings:
1) Scan tracings and save as PDF, JPEG, or TIFF format. Send tracings to us at tracings@unshoesusa.com

If you have any special requests for fitting, such as a tighter fit for running, please indicate your request when you send tracings.
Because most people have a small difference in size and shape between their feet, it is usually best to trace both feet. If you are confident that your feet are the same then you can send a tracing of only one foot.
Please be aware that Unshoes Minimal Footwear is not responsible for any sizing problems due to low quality or inaccurate tracings.
This sandal was designed to perform better in water and steep terrain. The Pah Tempe is the first minimal sandal without a toe strap. This sandal is perfect for situations where lateral movement is required and for those who don't like having a strap between their toes The Pah Tempe comes with either a 6mm Sport Utility sole or a 10mm Newflex sole. Both soles have agressive tread and are lightweight.

10mm Newflex:
Although this is the thickest sole option it is very light. The Vibram Newflex is an expanded rubber compound that offers excellent flexibility, traction, and durability. It offers minimal cushion and is good for extra rough terrain and those who are transitioning into minimal footwear. This sole also floats making it a good option for water sports.
6mm Sport Utility:
The Vibram Sport Utility sole is also an expanded rubber. It is slightly more dense than Newflex. It has a very small amount of cushion and offers excellent ground feel. It is light weight and offers good traction.
Over time all soles will compress slightly and mold to the feet.
REFUND POLICY: Because our sandals are custom made, we typically do not issue refunds for any order that has been put into production. If there is a fitting problem and we find that we have made a mistake we will either take the sandals back for adjustment or we will replace them. Customers are responsible for return postage.
WARRANTY: If your sandals break down due to any manufacturing defect or other error on our part they may be returned for repair/replacement free of charge. This warranty does not cover any damage outside of normal wear. If it appears that the sandals were neglected, abused, or otherwise used inappropriately, we reserve the right to void warranty. In the case that your sandals are not covered by the warranty, we can still repair them for a nominal charge to cover costs. Customers are responsible for return postage.
PRIVACY POLICY: We take your privacy seriously. We collect only enough information necessary for you to make a secure payment. We will never sell your personal information. Transactions are secured by SSL and processed by Paypal/Authorize.net.
