Leather Vida

The Leather Vida is a wonderful slip-on shoe. The leather is soft and comfortable against your skin. Sizing is basically standard/true to size. These are light and flexible and look great! Easy to dress up to a casual style, or down with jeans or shorts.

I have wide, flat feet and often have problems finding shoes that fit well through the mid-foot; but the leather vida conforms well to the foot and I have no issues with the fit at all. I have 2 pairs of Foragers, and still prefer those for the wider fit, but absolutely no issues with the Leather Vida; as I find them quite comfortable and stylish as well.
The only thing that might be nice is some kind of lining or thin insole. The footbed is the same synthetic material you find in the sandals. I haven't had these long enough to wear them in really warm or hot weather, but I am curious how that footbed does in a closed-toe shoe. A sandal gives maximum airflow, so I like the footbed on my Uinta's and Keota's; I just hope that it isn't too sweaty/slippery in a closed shoe. I could see having to possibly wear a thin, no-show sock in these in the summertime.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! The leather vidas have stretched to fit my feet like a second skin. I do think I would love a leather lining like my foragers but the synthetic lining is easier to clean. I purchased my usual size in terra vidas. Thank you unshoes your shoes are totally awesome!
