Pah Tempe 2.0

I bought my first pair of Unshoes Pah Tempe way back in 2012. Those versions are actually still holding up but I've seen the innovations Unshoes has undergone since then and really desired a fresh new pair!
The OG Pah Tempe were hand cut and glued and lacked a bit of polish and finishing treatment that made them not as cosemetically pleasing to the eye as the current version. The foot bed also got really slippery when they got wet and it was a bit of a hassle to take them on and off as there was no quick release buckle. BUT, I loved those sandals desipite the little flaws!
But, sad to say, I'm now even more in love with these new versions, the grand or great-grand children of my old Pah Tempes! The foot bed grip is amazing and the tread much more aggressive which is a nice addition. I also love the quick release buckle! So much easier to take them off and put them on! Adjust the ankle strap once and then pop them on and off indefinitely.
I'm very please with my new Pah Tempes and highly recommend them.

These sandals are great, because they protect the soles of your feet, while also allowing you full freedom for your toes. I highly recommend them.

These are unique and essential. The custom template 2 fits my feet, which no other sandal of this type does (they are all way too narrow across the forefoot and toes). Also, almost all sandals of this type have a toe post, which my skin simply cannot tolerate.

They are also extremely durable and suitable to many environments. I live in my Pah Tempes in summer. I have worn them to hike in the Greek islands, explore the Channel Islands and squelch through summer downpours in New York City. They always feel great on my feet, the traction is excellent and I love that I can just hose them down in the sink and let them dry.

They are truly irreplaceable.

After three years, they’re still going strong. I’m 6’4” 210 pds. These are the best sandals for running, hiking, and all-around activities. Ignore the comments about fitting the straps; you just have to find the right angles and tightness after some time. Knee pain and lower back pain disappeared within a few months after using these. Go for it! Keep up this great product.

Just hands down my favorite sandal I’ve ever worn. Such strong, fond feelings about it. Perfect straps and perfect sole. Super durable. I’ve put these sandals through everything and worn them non stop for so many summers I can’t count them. I trust them as much as I trust my own skin.
