Pah Tempe 2.0

I’ve had my sandals for about 2 weeks and they have been working very well for me. They are exactly what I was looking for as it seems to be one of the (if not the only) barefoot sandals that forgoes the in between your toe strap.
Sometimes they take a little longer than I’d like to adjust to my preference, but it’s not a hard complaint, more a quirk of the design, but it’s a quirk that I am willing to deal with as they rock in all other categories. I’m looking forward to testing their durability in the coming months/year, hopefully longer!

Fantastic running sandals and as the title says fourth pair and counting.

I am writing this review based off the visual appearance. They are 100% what they advertise by description, but they do not look like they do in the photos. The photos make them look much more normal, for a lack of better terms. I needed a pair of sandals that I could wear professionally for guided tours that would be practical for the barefoot experience, yet look professionally acceptable (think chacos). These did not meet my expectations for what a $100 sandal should. They do not have the high quality look of what the price tag is. In my opinion, they are very overpriced for what you get. $100 for a pair of $30-40 sandals. I returned them after trying them on for around 10 minutes. If the price had matched the quality, I might have kept them.

This is my second pair and I find them to be the right thickness for my taste. I can feel the ground but also feel protected, and I hike some rocky trails! I will admit that every spring when I start wearing them regularly and without socks, I go through one cycle of blisters and callusing on my big two where the strap crosses them, which prepares my foot for the rest of the year. I find that to be a small price to pay for how well they fit. They become part of your foot.

These shoes are just as I hoped. They seem durable while remaining comfortable for minimal shoes. Would recommend.
